At Folix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Proof of purchase and images of the product may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care and beard care products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
